We’re a digital magazine and community that celebrates raw honesty, bold opinions, and fearless self-expression. We’re here for the misfits, the real ones, the people who crave truth over bullshit. By reading, commenting, subscribing, submitting content on our site, or interacting with us on social media, you’re agreeing to these terms — the rules of our playground.

FYSFEE is owned and operated by Epoch Company LLC, based in Colorado Springs, Colorado under the subsidiary of EAF Magazines.
We create a mix of unfiltered stories, art, and chaos that challenge the fake, filtered world we live in.

2. Using Our Site & Social Media

Adult Content Disclaimer: FYSFEE is an unfiltered, mature-content publication intended strictly for adult audiences aged 18 and older. All content is created and distributed for entertainment purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice as we are not your therapists or responsible adults. You can browse, read, comment, and share — but don’t steal our shit. Everything on this site and across our social media channels (text, graphics, photos, videos, and even the unhinged humor) belongs to FYSFEE and is protected by copyright.

You can quote or share small portions with credit and a link back to FYSFEE.
You cannot copy, repost, sell, or pretend our work is yours.

We can remove comments, block users, or ban anyone who violates our rules — or just rubs us the wrong way. Our house, our rules.

By tagging or interacting with FYSFEE on social media, you grant us permission to share, repost, and feature your public content (including images, usernames, and comments) on our platforms or website. If your account is private, we won’t share anything without explicit permission.

3. Social Media Use & Tagging

By engaging with FYSFEE on any social platform — including likes, comments, shares, DMs, tags, mentions, and reposts — you grant FYSFEE and Epoch Company LLC a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to feature, share, repost, display, or otherwise use your public social media interactions, including your username, images, and comments. This includes, but isn’t limited to, resharing your content across our social media channels, website, or other digital or print publications.

You acknowledge that your participation on social media is voluntary, and that by engaging with FYSFEE’s accounts or content, you agree to these terms without expectation of payment, ownership, or control over how your content is used. If you prefer not to have your content shared, don’t tag or publicly engage with our brand.

4. Submissions, Stories & Contributions

When you send us your story, confession, opinion piece, poem, or random midnight thought — here’s the deal:

You’re voluntarily submitting it to FYSFEE with zero expectation of payment, ownership, or control.
You grant Epoch Company LLC, EAF Magazines, and FYSFEE a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, publish, modify, share, promote, and reproduce your submission in any form — online, in print, on social media, in podcasts, or any future medium we create.

By submitting, you agree that:

• You own the rights to your submission.
• You’re giving us full permission to use it however we want.
• You will not receive any payment, reimbursement, or royalties now or ever.
• You’re not considered an employee, partner, or affiliate of FYSFEE or Epoch Company.
• You understand that we may edit, title, or format your submission for clarity, tone, or style.

If you don’t want something shared publicly, don’t send it.

5. Comments, Social Media & Community Guidelines

We love chaos, but not assholery.
You can be passionate, opinionated, or brutally honest — but you can’t be hateful, discriminatory, or malicious.

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, pornographic, defamatory, or threatening content.
• Impersonate others.
• Leak private information.
• Spam, troll, or post non-sensical garbage.

We can remove any comment, tag, DM, or account for any reason, no appeal process. If you engage with FYSFEE on social media, you also agree to abide by each platform’s community guidelines in addition to ours.

6. Privacy Policy (The Real Talk Version)

FYSFEE follows best practices in line with U.S. and international privacy regulations, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). While not all users are directly covered under these laws, we respect their intent by handling data transparently and securely.

When you interact with FYSFEE — through our website, email, or social media — we may collect:

No one may use them commercially without written consent.

8. No Warranty & Limitation of Liability (a.k.a. Don’t Sue Us Because You Got Feelings)

All content is provided as is. We make no promises that it’ll be accurate, flawless, or emotionally safe. You read and use FYSFEE at your own risk.

We’re not responsible for heartbreak, epiphanies, existential crises, or relationship breakups that happen because of our content.

9. Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

By using FYSFEE, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FYSFEE, Epoch Company LLC, its owners, employees, contributors, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the site, social media interactions, submissions, or violations of these terms.

In no event shall FYSFEE or Epoch Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with FYSFEE is to stop using it.

Any obligations or rights that naturally survive termination (like content licensing or indemnification) will continue after your access ends.

We can suspend, block, or terminate any account, comment, or access at any time — no notice, no refund, no drama.

11. Changes to This Policy

We’ll update this policy whenever needed, and the new version will be posted right here. If you keep using the site or engaging with our social media after changes are posted, that means you’re cool with it.
For major changes, we may also announce updates via email or on social media.

12. Likeness, Fictionalization & Character Disclaimer (a.k.a. Don’t Assume It’s About You)

FYSFEE publishes stories, rants, essays, confessions, satire, and absolute unhinged chaos. Unless otherwise stated, all characters, scenarios, descriptions, likenesses, and events referenced in our articles are fictional, exaggerated, symbolic, or composite creations. Any resemblance to actual persons — living, dead, undead, exes, situationships, trauma gremlins, or anyone you think we’re “obviously talking about” — is purely coincidental.

Nobody depicted in our stories is meant to represent a real individual unless expressly labeled as a real submission or interview. Even then, identities may be edited, altered, anonymized, or combined for privacy, safety, tone, humor, or narrative effect.

• You will not claim defamation because a fictional character reminded you a little too much of yourself.
